Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is winning hearts. The show has been getting all the love for the twists and turns. The show began in 2009 and is the favourite show of many even today. It is a treat for fans to watch the simple stories of families and how the relationships are nurtured. In the recent episodes, we saw the love triangle of Abhira, Armaan and Ruhi. Many have loved the interesting angles but many are not liking the triangle. Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has always been amongst the top two shows. It had pushed Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai down. Even now, the TRPs of the show are quite higher than Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Now, Samridhii Shukla aka Abhira has reacted to the low TRPs of her show.
She spoke to the National Reporter and said when generation four story started they were in the top ten shows and once they were even out of the top ten. She does not take the numbers so seriously and it is very difficult to hold the same position.
She said she does not like these words ‘beating on the TRP charts’. She said she only wants her show to do well and is not concerned about how others are doing.
