Was Baba Siddique killed because of Salman Khan? Salim Khan reacts
Veteran lyricist Salim Khan recently spoke about the murder of Baba Siddique and answered questions about whether his murder was linked to his son Salman Khan. In a recent interview, Salim spoke his heart out on and said that he believes there is no connection between the two events.
While speaking to a media portal, Salim said, ‘Nahi, mujhe nahi lagta hai ki isse koi taluk hai. Isse koi taluk nahi hai, mujhe nahi lagta. Baba Siddique ka isse kya taluk hoga? Kisi bhi cheez ka bana dijiye. Aapne humko salaam nahi kiya, ab hum aapko maar denge. Aapne humko namaste nahi kiya, hum maar denge’.
Later, Salim Khan was asked if Baba Siddique was killed because he tried to protect Salman Khan from Lawrence Bishnoi. Salman’s father Salim said that the police are also protecting Salman and his family. He further added saying, ‘Isme kya hai? Har koi bachana chahta hai…Zindagi jo hai kabhi bhi ja sakti hai, kisi ki bhi jasakti hai’.

Well, for the uninitiated, NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot and killed on October 12 in Mumbai. Post his death, Salman’s security was beefed up. However, Salim revealed that he asked Salman who actually hunted the blackbuck and the actor told him that it was not him and rather he was not even present at the spot. He said, ‘Mafi mangna, ye accept karna hai ki maine maara hai. Salman ney kabhi kisi jaanwar ko nahi maara. Humne kabhi kisi coackroach ko bhi nahi maara. Hum inn cheejo me believe hi nhi karte’.
Well, Salman has resumed work and also shot for Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar amid tight security. Reportedly, Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been sending death threats to Salman due to the blackbuck poaching case. The animal is considered as sacred by the Bishnoi community. Reportedly, the gang has demanded Rs 5 crore to ‘end the enmity’ from Salman.
