Celebrity MasterChef – with its interesting concept and even more interesting contestants – continues to impress audiences. The makers are pulling out all the stops to up the entertainment quotient in the forthcoming episodes. The show features celebrities displaying their culinary skills and are happy to battle it out in the kitchen by whipping up luscious dishes to impress the judges.
The show is judged by filmmaker Farah Khan, along with celebrated chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar. The show is witnessing high competition among celebrity contestants. Adding to the excitement, the latest buzz is that Bollywood actress Ayesha Jhulka will be joining the show as a wild card contestant. Yes, you read that right. A source close to the show has confirmed that she will be the first wild card entry of the season who will bring new twists and turns in the competition.
Ayesha is known for her roles in films such as Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Khiladi, Socha Na Tha, and Umrao Jaan. She was seen in Hush Hush in 2022 and Happy Family: Conditions Apply in 2023 on digital platforms.

A source close to the show had told India Today Digital that she was approached to join the show in the beginning. The insider had said, “She was eager to join the show, and when the producers discussed the possibility of a fresh face joining, they contacted her again. This time, the agreement was immediately settled down, and she began shooting right away. The season is shaping out wonderfully, and Ayesha’s presence will just give a fresh layer to the show.”
Talking about the recent episode of Celebrity Masterchef, contestants Dipika Kakar, Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli, Faisal Shaikh, Rajiv Adatia, and Gaurav Khanna fought for the immunity pin challenge. Well, the task was to recreate chef Vikas Khanna’s signature dish, Brahmand, within a two-hour time limit. The competition was quite tough and Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, and Dipika Kakar emerged as the strongest contenders who impressed everyone with their cooking skills.
