Well, we are talking about the birthday boy, Vijay Sethupathi. He is celebrating his 47th birthday today. Vijay Sethupathi is one of the most talented stars and he earned this status on the basis of his acting and his performance. He defies all norms of being a ‘hero’ but is respected by everyone.
He has also got the tag of ‘Makkal Selvan’ i.e. people’s wealth. Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth and many other film stars call him by the same name. He has worked opposite big heroines on the big screen. We last saw him in Merry Christmas opposite Katrina Kaif. While shooting for Dharmadurai, director Seenu Ramasamy gave Vijay Sethupathi a unique tag. It happened so that while shooting for the song Andipatti Kanava Kaathu, Sethupathi arrived at the location before the crew. He got attracted by the aroma of tamarind rice being prepared by the workers of Munnar at a nearby temple monastery.
He then requested his driver to get a plate for him. The workers served him the food and director Seenu Ramasamy join him. This created a close bond between them and he got the unique tag. Well, he is truly one of the most humble actors in the South and even in Bollywood industry.
