Celebrity MasterChef‘s grand finale will soon go on-air. Even though the TRPs of this show have not been high, we have seen massive buzz online. This is the first show that helps celebrities flaunt their culinary skills. For the first season, the makers had roped in ace choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan as the host of the show, and Chef Ranveer Brar and Chef Vikas Khanna as the judges.
Both the chefs – who have been very popular in India and even internationally – have judged several seasons of MasterChef India. Talking about the contestants, we have Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli, Gaurav Khanna, Dipika Kakar, Archana Gautam, Usha Nadkarni, Rajiv Adatia, Kabita Singh, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr Faisu, Abhijeet Sawant, Ayesha Jhulka and Chandan Prabhakar.
As per reports, the grand finale shoot of the show has been completed. A few BTS videos and photos say that the top five finalists are Tejasswi, Gaurav, Nikki, Faisu and Rajiv. Amongst them, Gaurav Khanna has reportedly won Celebrity MasterChef while Nikki is the first runner-up.
Who will win Chef Ranveer’s knife?
Tejasswi has secured the third position. However, many of Tejasswi’s fans are not happy with this. But, the actress has won something really special. In the upcoming episodes, we will see renowned restaurateur Zorawar Kalra, son of the legendary Jiggs Kalra, the Czar of Indian Cuisine will be seen joining the judges panel.
During this time, we will see Chef Ranveer Brar is impressed with Tejasswi’s dish that he will give her his special Chefs’s knife with his initials RB written on it. Ranveer gives this knife to the contestant who impresses him the most in the season. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
After Tejasswi gets the knife, Zorawar asks, “Your dish moved Chef Ranveer so much that he gave you his knife. Have you taken good care of it? How does that make you feel?” Tejasswi replied, “Absolutely! I feel a great responsibility now. That knife holds immense credibility, and if even a fraction of Chef Ranveer’s expertise rubs off on me, it will be life-changing!”
She was then asked if she plans to become a restaurateur. Tejasswi said she would love to be and Zorawar tells her that she needs passion and determination for this.
