Suniel Shetty, a Bollywood actor, recently praised Bollywood superstar Salman Khan for his various donations and philanthropic deeds in an interview. The 63-year-old actor, known for his role in Mohra, shared his admiration, saying Salman Khan has a ‘heart of gold’.
“Helping others is in Salman Khan’s DNA. He helps people on a day-to-day basis, and very few people know about the kind of human being he is. If somebody asked me how I would sum up Salman Khan, I would say, ‘There are human beings, and here is Being Human’. That is what makes Salman Khan different. That’s why his brand is also called Being Human,” said the Hera Pheri actor.
Both actors have shared a strong bond of friendship and camaraderie over the years. The duo was once supposed to star in a film with Kajol and Shilpa Shetty, but it got shelved due to unknown reasons.
On the work front, Suniel Shetty has also been reportedly working on Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath, which is going to be directed by Sooraj Pancholi. The Hera Pheri famed actor is also working on the third installment of his cult classic comedy film Hera Pheri, alongside Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal. However, there’s uncertainty about the project’s status due to Paresh Rawal’s decision to step out mid-shooting, and co-star Akshay Kumar sending a legal notice to Paresh Rawal for this decision has put the future of this project in grave uncertainty, and the film might be shelved.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan has been busy with projects, including a reported sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan, where Salman Khan played the role of Bajrangi, a guy who crosses over to Pakistan to reunite a mother and daughter, and a confirmed remake of the ’90s cult classic Andaaz Apna Apna. The actor last appeared on the big screen as he played Sikandar in his action film Sikandar.
