Shehzada Dhami denies dating Pratiksha Honmukhe; recalls how her parents were most affected amidst their relationship rumours

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Shehzada Dhami, who portrayed the character of Armaan Poddar, has finally broken his silence on why he was terminated from the Samridhii Shukla-starrer show overnight. Among the many accusations, it was stated that Shehzada and Pratiksha Honmukhe were allegedly in a relationship. They were said to spend hours together in makeup rooms, due to which the work suffered many times. Recently, Shehzada denied being in a relationship with Pratiksha and also stated how Pratiksha’s family was the most affected when rumors of their love affair circulated. Shehzada Dhami denies dating Pratiksha Honmukhe

Reacting to the above allegation, Shehzada Dhami, in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, stated that he and Pratiksha Honmukhe are not in a relationship and they never dated each other. The actor mentions that Pratiksha is his really good friend and how they got along well with each other on the set as they really like each other’s vibes. Shehzada recalls how there were rumors that he and Pratiksha used to spend hours together in the makeup room, which was baseless. He recalls Pratiksha’s mother called him and stated that as parents of a girl, they are facing the most difficult time as it’s terrible reading such news about their daughter. Shehzada states that Pratiksha’s parents always knew that he and Pratiksha were friends and nothing more than that. Pratiksha’s parents never for a second doubted Pratiksha or Shehzada. Shehzada states that till today he is in touch with Pratiksha and even her parents, who belong to Mumbai, ask Shehzada if he is okay and needs anything. While Shehzada has finally said his side of the story, Pratiksha, who essayed the character of Ruhi till now, has kept mum. In his interview, Shehzada also mentioned how the production behaved very badly with Pratiksha as well; however, it’s her choice to keep quiet about it.
