Rozlyn Khan files criminal defamation case against Ankita Lokhande, challenges her to prove Hina Khan is not faking cancer
Rozlyn Khan is in news ever since she has accused Hina Khan of faking her cancer reports. After Rozlyn’s accusations, Ankita Lokhande came out in Hina’s support. She called Rozlyn’s remarks ‘cheap’. Later, Rozlyn slammed Ankita and also accused her of groupism. She brought up Sushant Singh Rajput’s name and said that Ankita responsible for using her ex’s death in Bigg Boss to gain attention.
Rozlyn takes legal action against Ankita
She did not stop here and has now taken the legal route. Yes, Rozlyn has taken legal action by filing a defamation lawsuit against the Pavitra Rishta actress. She took to Instagram to share the court documents and wrote, “I have been repeatedly saying that since I asked a simple question on 15 hours of surgery and discrepancies in the treatment by Hina khan , she chooses to remain silent on this and even hospital has followed the privacy concerns of a patient but they took another route may be to hit me in the back .. there were unidentified people bullying me , multiple bots were set for bad comments on my page ..fan pages of tv actress were Sharing my videos to troll me further.”
“So I had no option but to inform the local police station.,! And now finally one of them @lokhandeankita officially assaulting my character rather then doing reality check ..gang of girls ..! surprisingly after all this Tamasha the so called sherni doesn’t come out clean on which surgery it was that took 15 hours and how it was possible to do scuba diving , snow sliding and all sorts of stunts and shoot just after chemotherapy and super major surgery which went upto 15 hours ?? Hina ka cancer cancer .,! mera aur Baaki 20 lac cancer patients ka cancer timepass ..!” she added.
She even shared Instagram stories where she challenged Ankita Lokhande to prove Hina is not faking her cancer treatments and announced that her legal team has sent the documents to Ankita.

Rozlyn is a stage 4 cancer survivor herself and had accused Hina Khan of spreading the wrong message about cancer in society. According to her, a stage 3 cancer patient cannot do scuba diving or go out on so many vacations and do so many activities. She challenged Hina to come out clean about her cancer treatment details and had even challenged Dr. Mandar Nadkarni, who’s a common doctor for both to come out clean on the matter.
