Rhea Chakraborty opens up on her life after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and how people say ‘yeh chudail hai, kala jadoo…’
On June 14, 2020, Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide, igniting a media frenzy that entangled his ex girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty. Initially treated as a suicide, the case evolved into a murder investigation and ultimately a drug-related case. Rhea faced arrest on drug charges in September 2020, but received bail in October 2020. Due to her Bengali heritage, the public branded her a murderer, accused her of black magic, and criticised her as a “bad irlfriend.” The actress maintained her silence for a long time, and many in the Bollywood industry distanced themselves from her post-bail.

Some think she is a witch and does black magic, while the other half thinks she’s a strong girl who fought back and has courage.
Rhea Chakraborty added, “I can sense it the moment I enter a room. I will do this at the dentist’s clinic, the gym, the airport. That has also made me understand that it doesn’t matter. Those who love you, great; those who hate, that’s also ok; it doesn’t matter.”
