It was back in 2020 that an look out circular was issued against Rhea Chakraborty after Sushant Singh Rajput‘s family filed an FIR against her in Patna. In February, this year, the Bombay High Court nullified the notice enabling her to travel abroad for a meet-and-greet event. When a LOC is issued against an individual by an agency, it stops them from traveling abroad and leaving the country.
