Rajat Dalal’s supporter Elvish Yadav slammed by media for his ‘arrogant’ behaviour? Here’s what we know
Bigg Boss 18 will have its grand finale on January 19. There are six contestants who have reached the finale. Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Chum Darang, Eisha Singh and Rajat Dalal are fighting for the trophy. Shilpa Shirodkar was among top seven but she got eliminated. Latest updates suggest that there is going to be a panel discussion with a few celebs defending their favourite Bigg Boss 18 finalists and the media. Elvish Yadav will be seen supporting Rajat Dalal. But a report states that the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner miffed the media during the panel discussion.
Elvish Yadav leaves media furious?
A report in DNA states that Elvish Yadav‘s ‘arrogant’ behaviour did not go down well with the media. A source reportedly stated that there was a heated debate during the panel discussion that had media and celeb supporters of the finalists. Elvish Yadav was reportedly asked to justify Rajat Dalal’s winning (if he wins) given his controversial background. Rajat has had a few cases lodged against him, and Elvish was asked if Rajat would be a justified winner due to the ‘criminal charges’. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner reportedly said that Rajat is much more than just allegations and accusations. But the conversation went out of control when journalists highlighted the topic of media facing the blame for ‘spreading the narrative’. Reportedly, Elvish was asked about the trolling faced by journalists at the hands of finalists’ fans, to which, Elvish commented saying “Yeh sab paid media hi toh hai.”
This did not go down well with the journalists who got furious at Elvish Yadav. He commented that the journalists are only ‘supporting’ Karan Veer Mehra over all other finalists. His alleged ‘arrogant’ replies added to the fury of media. The report further has the source stating that the senior journalist mentioned to ‘boycott’ Elvish Yadav. Majority of the journalists did not ask questions to Elvish Yadav. Only in the end, a journalist asked Elvish as to why he blamed the media? He tried to clarify that he wasn’t talking about the entire media community, says the report.
