Not Prem Ki Shaadi, but Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya are reuniting for a never done before script; here’s what you need to know
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has already won hearts with his exceptional performances in several films. Well, we have amazing news for all Salman’s fans out there. After a nearly decade-long hiatus, Salman is all set to reunite with iconic director Sooraj Barjatya. Yes, you read that right! The two collaborated for the first time in 2015 for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. As per reports in Bollywood Hungama, the film is not titled Prem Ki Shaadi, it seems as if they have cracked a unique script. Salman and Sooraj’s collaboration on a film promises a fresh and unique experience.

Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya crack a script?
A source close to the project revealed that for the past nine years, Sooraj and Salman Khan have been searching high and low for the right script that could bring them back together. They have finally found an idea that they both love. Earlier, if one one liked something, the other did not. Barjatya is known for his amazing partnership with Salman and the two have spilled magic in hit films like Maine Pyar Kiya and Hum. Sooraj’s films helped Salman become a lead star in Bollywood.

A close friend of Barjatya said that the director is not making a film titled Prem Ki Shaadi and the film that they will collaborate on is totally different. He and Salman are coming together again, and this project will be unlike anything they have done before. As per reports, the film is expected to commence filming early next year and the makers will be seen pushing the creative boundaries and exploring new cinematic journeys. As of now, the storyline or plot of the new script is not known and has been kept under wraps.
On the work front, Salman will be next seen in director Vishnuvardhan’s upcoming film The Bull. He also has Tiger vs Pathaan in his kitty with Bollywood King Khan Shah Rukh Khan. Salman is currently busy with AR Murugadoss’ Sikandar which is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson. The film will star Rashmika Mandanna and Sathyaraj in main roles. The film is slated to hit theatres during Eid 2025. Salman and Sajid Nadiadwala will reunite for Kick 2.
