Netizens give mixed reactions to Siddhant Chaturvedi’s movie, ‘Help some struggling actors…’

Siddhant Chaturvedi took the internet by storm when he was cast as MC Sher in Ranveer Singh’s Gully Boy (2019). He became the poster boy of the guy next door. He was also then seen in movies like Gehraiyaan and Phone Bhoot. Now, his new movie Yudhra has been released, wherein he is playing an intense role. For the movie, he underwent rigorous training in mixed martial arts (MMA), kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu.

Yudhra is basically the story of a man who is dealing with anger issues as he is on a mission to take down a drug syndicate. The movie has garnered a mixed response but people are praising Siddhant Chaturvedi and Raghav for their powerful performances. People took to their social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share their reactions. One of the Twitter users said, “First day, first show, and what a movie to go for. Absolutely amazing. #SiddhantChaturvedi and #raghavjuyal made it an impeccable taste to this treat.”

Further in this entertainment news, another user shared his experience that it was a total waste of money. He said, “Yudhra Quick Review, Don’t Waste Your Money Instead Help Some Struggling Actors In Aaram Nagar Or Versova By Taking Them For Lunch With The Same Money Which You Were Supposed To Buy A Ticket Of Yudhra.”

Talking about the movie, Siddhant Chaturvedi said in an earlier interview that it’s a personal story of revenge and the director wanted to do something path-breaking in the action genre. He also added that people might have seen a lot of action movies, but the viewers will realise that it’s a completely different take on action.

During the promotion of the Yudhra, the Bunty Aur Babli 2 star revealed that he faced a lot of setbacks during his early career days and was even blacklisted for saying no to a big-budget movie starring Ranbir Kapoor.

Directed by Ravi Udyawar, Yudhra is written by Farhan Akhtar, Akshat Ghildial, and Shridhar Raghavan. The movie also stars Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, Raj Arjun, Raghav Juyal, and Shilpa Shukla. The film also marks Malavika Mohanan’s debut in Hindi cinema.
