Celebrity MasterChef is one of the most popular cooking reality shows that has kept the viewers hooked to the screens. The celebrity contestants are leaving no stone unturned in raising the entertainment quotient with their humour and culinary skills. The show has not been receiving high TRPs, but it has surely gained immense popularity on OTT platforms. Viewers love watching their favourite television celebrities as they flaunt their cooking skills and whip up interesting dishes.
Dipika Kakar is one of the strongest contestants on the show who has been ruling millions of hearts with her charming aura. As per recent reports, the actress missed the Holi special episode and this piece of news will surely make her fans upset. Fans were all excited to see her make her comeback after a long time. But her absence from the celebration grabbed all the attention.
The exact reason for her absence is not known as of now. However, earlier Dipika’s husband and popular television star Shoaib Ibrahim mentioned in his vlog that she was experiencing severe arm pain. After a medical check-up, it was revealed that Dipika’s pain was due to an old injury and doctors told her to rest and limit movement.
In the video, Dipika was seen wearing a sling, and Shoaib stated that while she would continue shooting they would monitor her participation. Talking about the show, Chandan Prabhakar was the first contestant to get eliminated. Later, the makers of Celebrity MasterChef roped in Bollywood actress Ayesha Jhulka who joined as a wild card entry. Recently, Abhijeet Sawant was evicted. Now the star-studded contestant lineup includes Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Archana Gautam, Usha Nadkarni, Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Kabita Singh, Faisal Shaikh (Mr. Faisu), and Ayesha Jhulka. Farah Khan hosts the show, while Chef Ranveer Brar and Chef Vikas Khanna are the judges.
