The third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show is on the way. Recently, the makers dropped a teaser of the show that is returning on Netflix. It carried a major surprise for fans. Navjot Singh Sidhu, who was an integral part of Kapil Sharma‘s comedy show, is returning. Earlier, Navjot Singh Sidhu was replaced by Archana Puran Singh. Now, in the third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, fans will get to see Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh together. The teaser showed Navjot Singh Sidhu making a ‘khataak’ entry on the beats of dhol. Now, reports are all about Navjot and Archana Puran Singh’s fees for the show.
As reported by entertainment news portal Siasat.com, it is Navjot Singh Sidhu who is charging more for The Great Indian Kapil Show than Archana Puran Singh. As per the report, former cricketer and commentator is charging around Rs 30 to 40 lakh per episode. He was earlier charging Rs 20 lakh per episode but it seems his fees has increased.
Talking about Archana Puran Singh, she is said to be making around Rs 10 lakh per episode as per the reports. There is no confirmation over these reports as yet.
The Great Indian Kapil Show is going to begin from June 21. It will stream at 8PM on the OTT platform. The OTT platform made the announcement of Navjot Sidhu’s returns and show’s premiere date with caption, “Ek kursi paaji ke liye please.Har Funnyvaar Badhega Humara Parivaar with the comeback of Navjot Singh Sidhu & Archana Puran Singh. Watch them in the new season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, streaming from 21st June, at 8 PM only on Netflix.”
