Mithun Chakraborty recalls meeting his past girlfriend who left him; says ‘Times changed and I became a legend’
Bollywood veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty recently shared a personal incident with a contestant on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa show. He said that during his early days in the industry he fell in love, but the girl left him as he was going through a rough phase in his life.

Mithun said that he fell in love with her and went completely mad. But, she left him and then times changed and he became a superstar. Mithun recalled an encounter with his past love during a plane journey and said that the girl did not look into him after he became a superstar. The actor said that he got up and went to meet her. He asked her why was she not looking at him.
Mithun continued saying that the girl turned her face and thought she was feeling guilty. To ease her, Mithun told her that what she did at that time was right. Within no time, the girl started crying and told the star that she made a mistake. She even told Mithun that during that time she should have not left him. Mithun tried making her relax and reassured her that may be if she had not done that he would have not been able to become a legend now.
Well, on the work front, Mithun made his debut with Mrigayaa in 1976 and has been entertaining audiences with his acting chops. He was last seen in The Kashmir Files.
