Celebrity MasterChef has become one of the most loved cooking reality shows right now. Several celebrity contestants, including Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli and others, have participated in the show to show off their cooking skills. It is judged by Farah Khan, Chef Ranveer Brar, and Vikas Khanna. Often we see the contestants as well as the judges share some interesting anecdotes from their lives, which are related to cooking. Some are funny, while some speak of their big dreams and ambitions they want to achieve as a cook.
In the recent episode of Celebrity MasterChef, Farah Khan made an interesting revelation. Recently, during the Holi special episode, Hina Khan graced the show with her boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal. Rocky asked Farah about what kind of food her mother-in-law feeds her. To this, the director-choreographer gave an unexpected answer.
Farah Khan revealed that her mother-in-law never fed her any food. And don’t worry, the reason is not something serious, but it is quite interesting. Farah revealed, Meri saas ne mujhe aaj tak kuch nahi khilaya hai. She gets food for her son. Now she will watch the episode and call me and say, ‘Tereko Mera khaana accha nahi lagta hai isliye main kabhi khilati nahi.'”
Further, the Main Hoon Na director shared the reason for the same. Khan said that as they are Mangaloreans, their food is mostly coconut-based. She shared, “They like my chicken. So she will get iddiyappams, coconut-based chicken, idli-based chutney, and all those things. But not for me.” So does her mother-in-law enjoy Farah Khan’s cooking? The Celebrity MasterChef judge answered, “She might like it because I get them food like paya, yakhni pulao.” However, her mother-in-law doesn’t enjoy her famous roast chicken.
