Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is at an interesting juncture. Abhira is now moving on and trying to focus on her life away from Armaan. After all the drama around Vidya’s arrest, Abhira is trying to get her career back on track. She has now joined Advocate Roop Kumar and is trying to help him grow his business. Along with Roop, another new character has also entered the show. A lady has been introduced who is supposedly the biological mother of Armaan Poddar. Roop is taking care of her. Does this mean Roop is the biological brother of Armaan?
There has been a lot of chatter around the upcoming twist of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Fans are wondering if Roop (Siddharth Shivpuri) and Armaan (Rohit Purohit) are related. In the upcoming episode, we shall see Armaan, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) and Roop at a hospital. It is here that Abhira gets to know about Roop’s mother. He has come to meet his mom and brought a huge teddy for her. Abhira sees them bonding and realises that Roop needs money to take care of his mother for her treatment. However, as per reports, Abhira will also realise that the lady is not the real mother of Roop. But then why is Roop taking care of her? If true, this also means that Armaan and Roop are not biologically related.

The lady is nobody else but Shivani, Armaan’s real mother. Dadisa had objected to Shivani and Madhav’s union and that is the reason why Armaan got separated from his mother. He is unaware that his mother is alive. Shivani is facing mental issues as she often forget the reality. In the promo, we saw her remembering her son ‘Arru’. She was holding the childhood picture of Armaan. At the same time, Vidya in Poddar house was cleaning the same picture of Armaan. Major drama unloading!
