Among the speculations, Lara Dutta has now been in the news for the alleged portrayal of Kaikeyi in the upcoming film. Addressing the rumors, actress Lara was quoted by Indian Express as she broke her silence on the heard the reports. She said ‘Who wouldn’t want to be a part of Ramayana?’
Lara expressed her excitement about the same and said that she would embrace other challenging roles like Surpanakha and Mandodari if she gets offered. There are reports that South Indian actor Vijay Sethupathi will come onboard as Vibhishana.
KGF actor Yash will reportedly play the role of Ravana in Ramayana. A report in Pinkvilla suggests that Sunny Deol will play the role of Lord Hanuman. Recently, Ranbir and Sai’s pictures from the sets of Ramayana went viral on the social media.
