After Vicky Kaushal, wife Katrina Kaif visited Prayagraj to attend the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela. The actress was accompanied by her mother-in-law, Veena Kaushal. Besides meeting Parmarth Niketan and Swami Chidanand Saraswati at his ashram, both Katrina and Veena also took the holy dip and offered prayers.
While speaking to ANI, Katrina shared the experince of visiting Mahakumbh Mela. “I am very fortunate that I could come here this time. I am really happy and grateful. I met Swami Chidanand Saraswati and took his blessings. I am just starting my experience here. I like the energy and the beauty and significance of everything. I am looking forward to spending the whole day here.”
In a new video that has gone viral, the actress was seen distributing ‘prasad’ to the devotees. As evident in the video, Katrina was seen with Parmarth Niketan Ashram President Swami Chidanand Saraswati and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati. The actor looked gorgeous even as she donned a light yellow salwar suit, and distributed ‘prasad’ to the devotees. Fans were quick to click photos of her with their mobile phones. The comments section was soon flooded with praise as many fans lauded the actress for her new look. One user said, “Katrina ka yeh roop dekh ke accha laga…”

In another video that had gone viral earlier, Katrina was seen smiling as she listened to the bhajan which was led by Parmarth Niketan Ashram President Swami Chidanand Saraswati. Katrina – dressed in a saffron outfit – sat on the floor and slowly clapped to the religious track.

In a separate video clip, Raveena Tandon and her daughter, Rasha Thadani, too were seen engrossed in the Ganga bhajan. While Rasha crooned the bhajan, Rasha clapped. They too participated in the Ganga aarti and immersed in the spiritual ambiance.
