Karan Veer Mehra was on the hot seat in yesterday’s episode and he answered a few tough questions made by Saurabh Dwivedi. He also spoke about his friendship with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Karan Veer Mehra was his candid best and he confidently spoke about his life journey, career, friendship, two divorces and more. He also accepted that when he had suffered a leg injury and had nothing much to do, he had turned to alcohol. He added that it was Sushant Singh Rajput who helped him to come out the low phase of his life. The Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 actor shared that when his career was on a downward trajectory, it was Sushant Singh Rajput who came to his rescue. The late actor had advice Karan to plan his next five years and work toward it. He also got helped Karan meet helpful people through his contacts. When asked if he ever felt that Sushant Singh Rajput needed help, Karan said no and that he was a very sorted man. Karan spoke about a diary that was penned by Sushant that had names of a few directors he wanted to work with. When they met, Sushant had already worked a few of filmmakers from the list.
Karan Veer Mehra also shared that Sushant shared a great bond with his mother too. So when the news of Sushant’s death broke, Karan’s family was shell shocked. They, including Karan’s sister and brother-in-law, did not speak to each other for around 3 hours as everyone was so shocked. His statement is viral in entertainment news.
