YouTubers Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina continue to face massive backlash for the latest controversial episode of India’s Got Latent. For those who haven’t watched the much talked about episode of India’s Got Latent, which has now been removed from YouTube, Ranveer had asked a contestant, “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once to make it stop forever?” Following public outrage, complaints were filed against Ranveer, Samay and social media influencer Apoorva Makhija, who was also a judge on the episode. The controversy had also forced Samay Raina to delete all the videos of India’s Got Latent from his channel. Amid this chaos, a video of Kapil Sharma has gone viral on social media. A video has gone viral on X (formerly known as Twitter) that has Kapil Sharma joking about children waking up early to watch cricket matches. He says, “Cricket ka match shuru hona tha 4 baje, aur phir yeh ma baa ki kabaddi dekh ke so jaate hai (the match is to start from 4 am, so they watch their parents’ kabaddi and sleep).” The clip has received mixed reaction from netizens. Some of them have called for a ban on Kapil Sharma and mentioned that he should be called out too just like Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia. However, on reddit, there are comments defending Kapil. One of the users wrote, “Kapil is witty and smart. Kabaddi could very well mean a fight between the parents. Kapil cracked a joke and left it to the audience’s interpretation. Ranveer capitalised, enunciated and underlined a bad joke in the name of dank comedy, just to project that he’s cool.” Also Read – Did Kapil Sharma face monetary losses after fight with Sunil Grover?
