While she remains busy, reports have emerged that Kangana Ranaut’s Mumbai bungalow is on sale. The actress has a massive bungalow on Pali Hill, Bandra. As per the latest rumours, Kangana Ranaut is planning to sell this bungalow at Rs 40 crore.

It is after a YouTube Page called Code Estate shared a video suggesting that a bungalow on Pali Hill is up for sale. It claimed that a production house office is up for a sale but the report did not mention the name of the production house. However, fans started speculating that it is Kangana Ranaut‘s bungalow turned office basis the pictures and visuals shared in the video. The video also gives the description of the property. It has been revealed that the plot size is 285 square metres while the construction area is of 3043 sq ft. It also comes with an addition parking space. The bungalow is spread over two floors and its estimated cost is said to be Rs 40 crore. Does this mean that Kangana Ranaut is moving permanently to Mandi as she now has to make frequent visits to New Delhi for her political career? But well, nothing has been confirmed as yet by the actress. Even the report of the property being on sale has not been confirmed by neither the actress nor her team.
