Jitendra Kumar aka Sachiv Ji reveals shooting at real locations; ‘Jo Pradhanji ka ghar hai…’ [EXCLUSIVE]

Panchayat season 3 is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The web series starring Jitendra Kumar is already among the trending ones. Fans are loving every character of Panchayat 3. Thankfully, the Sachiv ji is back in Phulera. Fans were worried that he would have gotten transferred but Prahladji and others managed to get him back. Fans also loved to see Prahlad’s transition in the series. Jitendra Kumar is the heart and soul of Panchayat. To BollywoodLife, Jitendra Kumar revealed everything about the shoot location and more. He revealed that the web series has been shot in a village named Mahodiya that is in Madhya Pradesh. The actor revealed that the scenes are shot in the real Panchayat of the village. The permissions are taken and a portion of the Panchayat is used for shoot. He stated that the people of Mahodiya are very sweet. He also added that the Pradhanji’s house shown in the web series is actually the house of Mahodiya’s Pradhanji. Further, Jitendra Kumar shared that it is the weather that causes problem during shooting as it always takes place in summer. He added that the team plans to shoot it during the winters, however, for some reason or the other, the shooting takes place only in summers. When asked about the best part of being on sets, the actor stated that going back to that village is always a good feeling. It is a different experience as the chances of getting to shoot in a real village are rare. There are adjustments to be done, it takes time to get into the flow but that feeling of living in a village is something, the actor added. Watch the video above.

Panchayat season 3 also stars Neena Gupta, Chandan Roy, Raghubir Yadav, Sanvikaa and many others. The series is all about Pradhanji vs MLA. Sachiv ji is the one who is stuck between the mess but he was the happiest when he got to go back to Phulera.
