Badass Ravikumar box office collection day 2: Himesh Reshammiya‘s starrer Badass Ravikumar continues to race ahead on its second day. The film is a spin-off of the 2014 film The Xpose and has received mixed reactions from the masses and critics.

Himesh’s film collected Rs 2.75 crore at the box office on day 1. As per early estimates on Sacnilk, Badass Ravikumar witnessed a drop in its collection on the first Saturday and managed to collect Rs 1.99 crore on day 2. The total collection of the film is Rs 4.74 crore.
The film had an overall occupancy rate of 9.38%, with 6.74% for morning shows. The Himesh starrer beat Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s latest release, Loveyapa, a romantic drama. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Love Today, and it collected Rs 1.16 crore at the box office on day 2.
Badass Ravikumar is a musical parody action film which is directed by Keith Gomes and produced by Himesh Reshammiya Melodies. The film also stars Prabhu Deva, Kirti Kulhari, Simona J, Saurabh Sachdeva, Sanjay Mishra, and Johnny Lever in pivotal roles.
Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravikumar is his highest opener and he previously starred in Aap Kaa Surroor which opened at Rs 1.79 crore. The film earned Rs 12.4 crore India net. His second film, Karzzzz (2008), opened at Rs 2 crore and earned a total of Rs 10.3 crore. Later, he was seen in films including Radio (2009), Kajraare (2010), Damadamm (2011), and The Xpose (2014). He was also part of Akshay Kumar’s 2012 film Khiladi 786 which earned Rs 97 crore worldwide.
This film marks the return of Himesh on the big screen after five years. He was last seen in Happy Hardy and Heer, which opened at Rs 15 lakh and earned Rs 90 lakh, according to Sacnilk. Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravikumar had about 2200 shows across India.
