Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are soon to step into the new phase of their lives. The Jawan actress is pregnant and is expected to deliver her first baby anytime now. In February, they announced that their baby will arrive in September. As per latest reports, it is being stated that Deepika Padukone will deliver on September 28 and at a hospital in South Bombay. As per a source, Deepika Padukone is going to rely more on her family than external help while transitioning into the phase of motherhood. She is going to have both – her mother Ujjala Padukone and mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani around to help her with everything. She will be surrounded by her family in the initial few months of her becoming a mother. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh haven’t much spoken about pregnancy and more. There have been a lot of rumours and speculations about Deepika sporting a fake baby bump and more. However, yesterday, she shared pictures from her pregnancy photoshoot and put all the rumours to rest. Ranveer and Deepika look all smiling, happy and radiant in the pictures shared. Earlier, reports suggested that Deepika Padukone is going to be on a maternity leave till March 2025. She is currently enjoying her break and then she wants to spend quality time with the baby. After March 2025, she is expected to jump into work. She will begin shooting for Kalki 2898 AD part 2 that also stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. Deepika Padukone’s baby is already connected to Kalki 2898 AD. Earlier, actor Saswata Chatterjee revealed that during the shoot of the climax scene of the film, Deepika Padukone was pregnant. Ranveer Singh was also on the sets to see that his wife is doing all okay while shooting the intense climax scene, especially because she was pregnant.
