Gaurav Taneja aka Flying Beast defends Ranveer Allahbadia amid death threats, ‘A lot of wrongs…’

For the past week, Ranveer Allahbadia has been in the news for his ‘sex with parents’ remarks on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent. His remarks landed him in legal trouble after netizens slammed him on social media. Several cases have been filed against the YouTuber along with comedian Samay Raina and others who were a part of the episode/show. Recently, Ranveer also revealed that he has been receiving death threats. While some celebs have slammed Allahbadia, some have come out in his support, and one of them is Gaurav Taneja, aka Flying Beast. A few days ago, Gaurav Taneja made a joke about Samay Raina’s show on social media. However, he has now come in defence of Ranveer Allahbadia after seeing how the matter has escalated and the number of cases being filed against him. On his Instagram page, the Flying Beast shared a video in which he said, “When this BeerBiceps controversy first started, I thought the youth of this country were still sensible; all of them were not stupid. I believed that when it comes to their tradition and culture, they will fight, which is absolutely right. In the same video, Gaurav expressed his shock over the past panellists as well as the editor being questioned by the cops. He said, “Police from so many states have gotten involved now. I just saw that the editor of the show has been taken in. They have summoned past guests on the show. That guy (Ranveer) had to go to the Supreme Court to request that his FIRs be clubbed. I am saying to go and find Sundar Pichai now. When you are putting up videos on YouTube that have filthy language, doesn’t the algorithm get to know? Why aren’t you getting Sundar Pichai? Because you can’t. They can only get the guy who is weak. They can harass him. Gaurav Taneja further said that this is not the democracy we voted for and punishment should be decided according to the crime.
