The cast of the upcoming film Housefull 5 recently assembled at the trailer launch event in Mumbai. This was where actor Jackie Shroff pulled the plug on Akshay Kumar’s antics on set and shared some humorous incidents.

Biggest Prankster On Set

While interacting with the media, Jackie Shroff called Akshay Kumar the biggest prankster. He said nobody can be pitted against Akshay Kumar.

Akshya’s Allegations

It all started when someone asked Akshay Kumar if he had played any pranks on set. To this, the veteran actor replied that all the pranks were actually played by Jackie Shroff.

This prompted an immediate reaction from his co-star, Jackie Shroff, who said, “Yeh sabse bada prankster hai. Itne bade bade joker hai, sabse bada jisne abhi bola hai woh safed suit mein hai.” (He’s the biggest prankster of all. All of them are big jokers, but the biggest one is the one who just spoke, the one in the white suit.) while referring to Akshay Kumar.

Jackie Shares Pranks

While sharing an anecdote from the sets of Housefull 5, Jackie Shroff said, “Khade khade shirt kab nikaal deta hai, malum nahi padhta hai. Crime branch ne inn logo ko dekhne se mana kar diya hai, pura game mein kho gaye.” (You don’t even realise when he takes off his shirt while standing — he’s done it so many times. The crime branch has stopped watching these people; they’ve completely lost themselves in the game).

Newcomers On The Set

The Border-famed actor then went on to address all of his fellow cast members, displaying his thankfulness to the film’s director for handling everyone well on set, even the newcomers.
