Manoj Bajpayee is one of the finest performers in Bollywood. Since his Satya days, he has been entertaining the masses with his prolific performances. In the past, the actor has revealed that it is his dream to play Devdas. However, he did not sign up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film as he wasn’t offered the lead role and he did not want to play a supporting role. He was playing lead characters in films and doing supportive role would hamper his image and thus he rejected the role says as per a report in News18.
Shah Rukh Khan played Devdas, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan played Paro while Madhuri Dixit played Chandramukhi. Jackie Shroff played the role of Chunni Lal. Even though supporting character, Jacki Shroff’s performance was much loved by the audience.
