Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan had once spoken about how he would share his property before he died. In an interview in 2011, the actor was talking about raising his children – Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan. Amitabh Bachchan said that he has an equal approach when he thought about his will. He said that he would divide his property between his children equally.

During an interview, Amitabh Bachchan said that he has decided on things which is that he would not differentiate between them. He was quoted by Rediff saying, ‘When I die, whatever little I have will be equally divided between my daughter and my son — there is no differentiation. Jaya Bachchan and I decided on that a long time back. Everybody says that the girl is Paraya Dhan, she goes to her husband’s house, but in my eyes she is our daughter, she has the same rights Abhishek has’.

Well, last year Amitabh Bachchan gifted his bungalow, Jalsa, to Abhishek Bachchan Nanda which was valued at Rs 50 crores. He even spoke about his bond with his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and said that he treats him as a friend. Big B said that before Abhishek was born he decided that if he has a son he would be his friend rather than a son. He said that very rarely he looks upon Abhishek as his son and he is concerned about him as a father.
Well, Amitabh Bachchan and his entire family were in the news due to separation rumours of his son Abhishek and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. But, neither of them spoke about it and fans were speculating various theories of why the two are parting ways. Abhishek and Aishwarya are blessed with a daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. Moreover, Big B was named the fourth richest Bollywood entity by Hurun India Rich List 2024. If reports are to be believed then, the net worth of the Bachchan family is said to be Rs 1,600 crore. On the work front, Big B was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan.
