What makes the franchise also so loved is the music. Devi Sri Prasad, the composer, has once again crafted captivating melodies. In an interview, DSP candidly discussed Pushpa 3 and Sukumar’s desire to elevate it beyond his previous work on the sequel. The music composer also revealed that the director is also in the process of reworking certain elements of the action thriller.
Devi Sri Prasad told India Today, “Based on the euphoria of Pushpa 2, Sukumar sir (director) is working tirelessly with his passion, constantly reworking scenes and the story. A lot of things will eventually be tailored to fit the narrative of Pushpa 3. But yes, we have some fragments and ideas that will take shape as we move forward.”
In the same interview, DSP got candid about Pushpa 2’s success and said that they knew it would be such a massive hit. The team was aware that the expectations are high and it came with its own set of challenges. “But the love we’ve received from across India, be it in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, or any other language, has been magical. People from Maharashtra, Kashmir, Nepal, and other countries embraced the film. It’s a blessing, and all we can say is thank you,” said the music composer.
