Popular television actress Dipika Kakar is currently seen in Celebrity Masterchef. Popular for her acting prowess, Dipika has been making headlines due to a controversy involving her ex-employee. Her former employee publicly shared her experience of working for Dipika and revealed the difficulties she faced while working for her. Dipika launched her clothing brand in 2024 and hired Saniya as a designer. Saniya worked for her from Delhi before she shifted to Mumbai to join Dipika. The actress had also offered her accommodation at her mother’s residence and asked her to build her team. However, Saniya has now revealed shocking details and screenshots of her messages to prove how Dipika fired her from the position after she was offered Celebrity MasterChef.
Dipika Kakar’s ex-employee revealed actress fired her as she could not afford her salary
Saniya, a fashion designer, recently shared a YouTube video wherein she revealed how Dipika – on the tenth day of her employment – came to her and fired her, claiming that she was not doing her job well. Dipika also told Saniya that she did not step out of the home to find artisans. Saniya revealed that she kept apologizing, while Dipika became increasingly upset.
Saniya admitted that she was both scared and overwhelmed, and began crying. That night, she tried to calm herself down and sent Dipika a message asking for another opportunity. But, Dipika later revealed the true reason for asking her to leave. Saniya shared the screenshot of Dipika’s message and said that she was planning to halt her label work as she was offered a show. Dipika said that she could not afford her heavy salary. Dipika’s message read, “I’m sorry Saniya mai apki wajah se apko nahi keh rahi jaane ke liye, meri situation maine apko explain ki hai. Mere liye bhi bahut bada decision tha apko yahan bulana, rehne ka arrangement karna jo normally jobs mein nahi hota but I did because mai bhi chahti thiki ap aao. Lekin ab mere circumstances bahut alag hai, difficult hai. Mai apna business halt karne ka soch rahi hoon coz I have got a show. I told you. Aise me mai apko itne heavy salary pe kaise afford karun. As a startup I have my limitations Sania. Please understand.”

Saniya further revealed that after this message, she had asked the actress if she could come up to discuss things, but Dipika denied her request. The designer shared another screenshot of Dipika’s message, wherein the diva apologized to her and revealed that she could not retain her. Dipika further added that she had no clue that such circumstances would arise. Dipika asked Saniya if she should book her return tickets and asked if she wanted to work with her on a freelance basis.
