Lawyer Bu Ji Seok, who has been the legal representative of Kim Sae Ron’s family in the dating controversy, is under the radar of police investigation. He has been accused of presenting false evidence against Kim Soo Hyun in public.

Sae Ron’s family held a press conference on May 7, which included lawyer Bu Ji Seok and GaroSero CEO, Kim Se Eui, who has actively been part of the controversy, presenting one after the other piece of evidence against the actor.

In the press conference, Bu Ji Seok shared Kim Sae Ron’s audio recording containing sensitive information about the late actress’s relationship. Not just this, he allegedly accused Kim Soo Hyun of brutally attacking the whistleblower for evidence.

In the recording, Kim Sae Ron allegedly shared about her physical relationship with actor Kim Soo Hyun when she was just 14, in 8th grade. As per Bu Ji Seok, the entire recording was done with the consent of the late actress on January 10.

Whistleblower changed his statement

Later, a twist comes in the case when the key witness, the whistleblower, steps down from his statement. He claims that he has fabricated the recording that was presented in the press conference, and also denied any brutal attack by Kim Soo Hyun’s team.

Complaint against Bu Ji Seok

As per reports by Xports News, an unnamed individual has filed a complaint against Sae Ron Legal representative for fabricating facts and presenting false information to the public during the conference.

Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission

As a result of the above scene, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) has conducted a thorough internal review and referred Bu Ji Seok’s case to law enforcement authorities. During the press conference, the legal representative also presented photos of the alleged assault on the whistleblower. However, it was downloaded from the internet.

The complaint has also been filed against comedian-turned-Youtuber Kwon Young Chan for collaborating with Ji Seok in false claims against Kim Soo Hyun in the alleged assault with Whistleblower.
