Canteen staff, inspired by Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, bites ear of man over food bill in Gwalior
Pushpa 2: The Rule starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in main roles has been getting surrounded by controversies. Recently a theatre canteen staff allegedly bit the ear of a man during a physical fight amid the screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. This incident took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior, the Free Press Journal reported.
On Tuesday night, the incident occurred at Kajal Talkies in Gwalior’s Phalka Bazar area. During the interval, the victim Shabbir Khan, a resident of Guda Gudi Naka, and the canteen staff members Raju, Chandan and MA Khan got into a war of words over payment for snacks and other refreshments. Within no time, their argument escalated into an ugly fight. Suddenly, Khan’s ear was bitten off by one of the canteen staff members as per the report. The victim was left heavily bleeding and rushed to a nearby hospital. Khan underwent a minor surgery and got eight stitches on his ear.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused at Inderganj police station and the cops have registered his statement. They also took cognizance of the medical report and the case was registered under IPC Sections 294 (obscene acts), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention). Well, it seems as this incident was heavily inspired by Allu Arjun‘s Pushpa 2: The Rule final stunt sequence, wherein the actor was tied and he had to fight by biting his enemies. The victim also said that it is ‘negative influence’ of the media which is inspiring normal people to act like gangsters. He told the media portal, ‘The impact of such movies on people is dangerous. They think they can imitate these acts in real life’.
