Arjun Kapoor earns huge praise from fans, and Malaika Arora is the real reason [Watch video]
Actor Arjun Kapoor hasn’t just been lauded for his sense of responsibility as a brother, but have also won several hearts for handling his relationship with ex-girlfriend Malaika Arora with immense maturity. He has consistently been present for his family, and offered immense support to his sisters Anshula, Khushi and Janhvi. In the recent past, he had also shown immense care and support towards Malaika and showed how much he has valued all relationships in his life. Arjun has currently been busy promoting his next film Mere Husband Ki Biwi.
At a recent event, he was seen interacting with fans along with co-stars Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh. This was also when a person suddenly screamed Malaika’s name while Arjun and the rest of the cast were busy speaking to fans. This left him speechless. For the unversed, Arjun and Malaika had dated for a few years, and parted ways last year.
As evident from video, Arjun was engaing with fans and asnwering their questions along with Bhumi and Rakul. A fan had asked Bhumi about what makes her love their upcoming movie. Before she could answer the question, someone from the crowd screamed ‘Malaika’ loudly.
This moment – which has now gone viral – caught everyone’s attention including Arjun. The actor glanced directly at the crowd, shook his head and stayed calm. But he didn’t choose to interact further. Both Rakul and Bhumi too looked at him, but neither said anything to Arjun.
Within minutes, the video exploded on social media. One fan commented, “SO NICE OF HIM TO NOT GET ANGRY”. Next comment read, “Confidence ho toh aisa”. Next fan posted, “Good he moved out”. Another netizen posted, “Every one laughs on his career but they don’t know how hard is to be actor”
Last year too, a similar incident had happened during the Diwali party hosted by politician Raj Thackeray. When a person screamed Malaika’s name, Arjun politely said, “Nahi abhi single hoon. Relax karo”
Malaika and Arjun began dating in 2018. They never talked about their relationship openly, but were often seen posting romantic photos from their vacations. After the demise of Malaika’s father Anil Mehta last month, Arjun had visited her.
