Amitabh Bachchan comforts cancer survivor contestant; shares his own health struggles
Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 host Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a heartwarming moment with a contestant Akshay, who is a cancer survivor. Akshay gets teary-eyed as he talks about his cancer journey in the latest episode. Amitabh Bachchan tried to comfort the contestant with his words and also spoke about his own experiences of visiting the hospital frequently.
Akshay said that In 2018, ‘I was diagnosed with cancer. The treatment took place for 1-2 years… I had chemotherapy sessions and surgery also. When my friends were going to college, I was in the hospital. It was a tough fight but a life-altering experience’.

Amitabh Bachchan said, ‘I am sitting in front of you. I have also made many rounds to the hospital, but with the blessings of everyone, I have come out healthy. And there’s no reason to feel upset about your friends who were going to college because they didn’t come to KBC’. This a big story in entertainment news.
