Not Animal Park, Ranbir Kapoor to start THIS film after wrapping Ramayana and Love and War?

Ranbir Kapoor has some big projects in the pipeline. The actor’s last release, Animal, in 2023 turned out to be a big blockbuster. His fans have had to wait for at least 3 years since then to watch him on the big screen. But one thing is sure: the wait is going to be worth it, as he has two big releases in 2026: Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War and Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Ranbir Kapoor’s next big project
If you think Ranbir Kapoor will start working on Animal’s sequel, Animal Park, after both his movies, you are mistaken. To our entertainment news readers, we would like to inform you that RK is reportedly a part of YRF’s popular franchise film Dhoom 4. A news report mentions that after completing the shoot of Bhansali and Tiwari’s film, Kapoor will start working on the YRF movie.
A report by India Today mentions that for Dhoom 4, Ranbir will sport a different look The shooting is also expected to go on floors in April 2026. A source told the portal, “The production team is currently looking to lock two female leads and an antagonist for the film. Key contenders to play the antagonist in the film are being considered from the South.”
After Dhoom 4, Ranbir Kapoor will move on to Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park. The director will also be busy with Prabhas’ Spirit. Earlier, Kapoor revealed that the sequel to his 2023 blockbuster film will start in 2027. On the other hand, Love & War, also starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, will hit theatres in March 2026. Whereas Ramayana, also starring Sai Pallavi, will release during Diwali 2026.
