Housefull 5 released on June 6 and created major waves at the box office. After a fabulous run of five days, Akshay Kumar’s movie has now witnessed a slight dip in numbers. Check out latest box office report.
Housefull 5 showcased a fantastic run a the box office over the first weekend. Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan‘s film managed to cross the mark of Rs 80 crore in just three days. The movie is directed by Tarun Mansukhani released on June 6. The movie took a good start at the box office with Rs 24 crore as the box office business. After the good run over the first five days, Akshay Kumar’s comic caper seems to be slowing down at the box office.
As reported by Sacnilk.com, Akshay Kumar‘s Housefull 5 has collected around Rs 8 crore approximately at the box office. These are the early estimates and the actually numbers are yet to come in. On day 4, i.e., first Tuesday, Housefull had collected approximately Rs 11.25 crore at the box office. The day 3, i.e., first Monday collection of the movie was approximately Rs 13 crore. Given day 3 and 4 numbers, Housefull 4 has witnessed a slight dip in numbers on day 5.
The total collection of Housefull 5 currently stands at Rs 119.75 crore. On day 3, i.e., first Sunday, the movie had collected Rs 32.5 crore. On day 2, i.e., first Saturday, the movie had made around Rs 31 crore. Now, it remains to be seen whether Housefull 5 picks up pace again over the second weekend.
As of now, the movie produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, isn’t facing any competition for any big film. Even Kamal Haasan‘s latest release Thug Life has failed to achieve big success over the box office. Aamir Khan‘s film Sitaare Zameen Par is going to release on June 20. Till then, Housefull 5 has a clean slate to mint good money at the box office. It is already the second fastest film of 2025 to enter the Rs 100 crore club. The first rank is held by Vicky Kaushal’s Chaava that passed the mark of Rs 100 crore in just three days.
Housefull 5 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan and many others.
