Ajay Devgn lost eyesight for 3 months while shooting Singham Again, here’s what happened

Ajay Devgn is returning as mighty Singham. Fans are waiting for Singham Again to hit the screens. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again brings some of the biggest stars together on the big screen. It stars Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar. Going by the trailer, one can say that Rohit Shetty has taken the level of action and thrill a notch-higher with Singham Again. But shooting all the stunts wasn’t actually an easy process. All about Ajay Devgn’s eye injury

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty appeared on Bigg Boss 18. They confirmed that Salman Khan will have a role to play in the film as Chulbul Pandey. It was during their appearance that Salman Khan asked Ajay Devgn about his injury. The host of Bigg Boss 18 asked Ajay whether it was on the sets of Singham Again that he got injured and the latter confirmed. Revealing what happened, Ajay Devgn shared that he lost his eyesight for almost three months and had to undergo a surgery. It got revealed that it was because of mistiming that Ajay Devgn got hit. Someone was coming to hit him and due to mistiming, Ajay got an eye injury. Salman then said that when performing in action films, all of this happens a lot. Ajay Devgn asserted that now the situation is much better compared to how the stars had to perform the stunts in the past without much safety. Singham Again is going to release on November 1. It is a Diwali treat for the fans to see so many fans together on the big screen. Deepika Padukone is going to be the lady Singham and fans are waiting with bated breath to see her in a cop avatar. Ranveer Singh will be back as Simmba while Akshay Kumar will be back as Sooryavanshi. Tiger Shroff is also going to be seen as a cop in this film. Kareena Kapoor Khan plays Avni, Singham’s wife in the movie. Arjun Kapoor is the villain in this one. The movie will clash with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
