Samantha Ruth Prabhu shares her views on what a woman goes through post a divorce

In an interview with entertainment news site Galatta India, Samantha Ruth Prabhu spoke about facing constant trolling due to divorce with Naga Chaitanya. She shared that women in general suffer a lot due to shame and stigma attached to divorce. Samantha also spoke about people calling a divorced woman ‘second-hand’, ‘used’ and more. She was quoted saying, “When a woman goes through a divorce, there’s a lot of shame and stigma attached to that. I get a lot of comments saying, ‘second-hand,’ ‘used,’ and ‘wasted life.’ You are pushed into a corner where you feel like a failure. Post the divorce, Samantha Ruth Prabhu faced brutal trolling and was called gold-digger and much more. Fans were shocked when Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation.
