Abdu Rozik stirred social media two days ago when he announced his engagement. The Bigg Boss 16 contestant took to his social media and posted a few pictures where he can be seen sporting a ring, with a girl sitting beside him, her face covered with a white veil. He mentioned in the caption that he has been engaged. As soon as the news went viral, a media portal asked Shiv Thakare if he was aware that Abdu was engaged. Shiv, who was unaware of Abdu’s engagement, stated that he did not know about any such news. When informed that Abdu had posted pictures from his engagement ceremony, Thakare stated that it may be a prank. Now, Shiv recently revealed how after his statement to the media, Abdu called him.

Abdu Rozik reacts strongly after Shiv Thakare calls his engagement a Prank
In an interview with TOI, Shiv Thakare, who formed a great friendship bond with Abdu Rozik in the Bigg Boss 16 house, states that he was not aware of Abdu’s engagement. Hence, when initially informed by the media about the engagement of the Tajikistani singer, he thought it was a prank and informed the same to the media. Shiv said after the statement, Abdu called him and assured him that his engagement is not a prank. In fact, Abdu informed him that he will soon be married to Amira, his fiancée.
In the same interview, Shiv mentioned that he is extremely happy for his friend. Abdu has invited him to the wedding, and he can’t wait to attend. He further mentioned that he is going to dance crazily and have fun at the wedding. Shiv also shared that he and Abdu have had many conversations where the latter revealed how he has always dreamt of getting married.

Talking about Abdu Rozik’s partner, he met Amira four months ago in Dubai. They hit it off as friends and eventually fell in love with each other.
