Sukirti Kandpal hails Gaurav Khanna’s fun side; has THIS to say about working with Rupali Ganguly

Post leap, things have been quite different, especially after Sukirti Kandpal’s entry as Shruti in the Rajan Shahi show. While Sukirti’s character has received immense love, she has also been criticized for coming between Anu and Anuj’s love story. Sukirti Kandpal opens up about her experience working with Gaurav Khanna, Rupali Ganguly

In an interview with TOI, Sukirti Kandpal got candid about the bond she shares with co-stars Gaurav Khanna and Rupali Ganguly. She stated that when she joined the show, her entire focus was on work. As all other characters were already well-established, she focused her entire energy on getting her character right and understanding the story. The actress mentioned, however, that eventually when she did settle in with her character, she began bonding more with the cast. She mentioned that Gaurav is a fun guy with a jovial nature. In the same interview, the actress also opened up about how she was advised to do the show. Once Shruti received the offer from the makers, her mother, who watches Anupamaa, advised Sukirti to be a part of the show as it’s the number one TV serial. Sukirti also states that whether it’s negative or positive comments, she always reads everything but she doesn’t let those comments affect her. Reacting to if the positive feedback on social media inspires her, Sukirti states that social media opinion is just a 2 to 3 second spam and she never takes those comments to her head, be it positive or negative.

Talking about Anupamaa, speculations are rife that Shruti’s character may soon turn negative in the show.
