The show had Param Singh, Vaibhavi Hankare and Sanam Johar play the lead roles of Neil, Tejaswini and Ruturaj. But to bring back the numbers, the makers brought in the big twist. Tejaswini aka Vaibhavi left the show. The character died in the TV serial and we saw Bhavika Sharma’s return to the show. She is now back as ACP Savi Thakkar. However, we saw a big twist where Savi and Neil lost their loved ones. Rajat and Tejaswini passed away in an accident. But, the new reports said that they had an affair and hence, they were together.

Vaibhavi shared an emotional post as she bid adieu to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. She shared how the journey has been for her and thanked the viewers for their love and supported. She further spoke about how her costars supported her and cried when they were told about Tejaswini’s death.
