Reality star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian has always openly shared her views on everything. She has now recalled the terrifying 2016 robbery in Paris. According to Unilad, Kim testified before the court and said, “I was certain that was the moment that he was going to rape me. I absolutely did think I was going to die.”
Kim further shared that she was wearing only a bathrobe when one of the robbers pulled her toward him. She revealed that the robbers tied her hands up and she was thrown onto a bed. She was praying and was scared of what would happen next. But she was not assaulted but her legs were tied and a gun was pointed at her.
She said, “They picked me up off the bed and grabbed me and took me down the hallway to look for more jewelry, more stuff. That was the first moment I thought should I run for it? But it wasn’t an option so I just stayed – and that’s the moment I realized I should just do whatever they say.”
But, what was the 2016 robbery incident? In October 2016, the star was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room during the Paris Fashion Week. Five men dressed as officers with mask on their faces entered her suite at the Hôtel de Pourtalès. They stole approximately $10 million worth of jewelry, including a $4 million engagement ring.
