The upcoming episode of Celebrity MasterChef is surely going to make everyone emotional. In the promo shared by the makers, we can see the family members of our celebrity contestants gracing the show. Tejasswi Prakash’s mom is one of them and she is quite happy to see her daughter’s incredible journey. But the heartwarming moment was listening to their inspiring journey as a family together.
In a video shared by Sony TV’s official Instagram page, we see Tejasswi Prakash and her mother talking about their struggling days. Tejasswi revealed how her father used to work in Dubai and it’s her mom who has raised her and her brother alone. The actress shared, “My dad used to work in Dubai, and my mom raised me and my brother alone here in India. It gets difficult, especially when you have a girl child. I once told her I wanted a car, and she mortgaged her gold bangles to buy me a second-hand car.”
In the same video, the Celebrity MasterChef contestant talked about her first modelling assignment that happened without any plans. Tejasswi revealed, “I got my first opportunity to do modelling and earned ₹5,000 for two days. That day, my mother also went with me. I brought that earning home and gave it to her.”
