In the new precap of Anupamaa, we see Prem getting all romantic and hugging Maahi. He hugs her from behind thinking that she is Raahi. Unaware that she is Maahi and not Raahi, Prem gets close to her. They fall on bed and Maahi smartly puts a cloth on her face. Thus, Prem is unable to see who she is. He closes his eyes and is about to kiss her. However, Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) shows up. She realises that the girl is Maahi and not Raahi. As she sees them in a compromising position, she gets some major flashbacks. The promo shows Anupamaa getting flashbacks of when she caught her husband Vanraj Shah in bed with Kavya. She is tormented and how. Anupamaa was treated badly by Vanraj Shah and his extra-marital affair led to their divorce. He even married Kavya and both of them made Anupamaa’s life hell. With the flashbacks, Anupamaa is once again living through the past traumas. She says ‘Maahi’ and that’s when Prem realises that he is with the wrong girl. He is shocked just like Anupamaa.

Before Raahi, sister Maahi was in love with Prem. She wanted to marry him and now holds grudges against Raahi. Even during the mehendi ceremony, Maahi tried to ruin Raahi’s moment. She believes that Raahi is not the right choice made by Prem and instead he should have married her. Will Anupamaa put a check on Maahi’s actions? Or is there a major twist awaiting fans?
