Gotti (whose real name was Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr.) co-founded the record label Murder Inc. Records, an imprint of the label Def Jam Recordings, with his brother, Chris Gotti. Gotti made a lasting impression on the hip-hop genre of the music industry, having worked with Ja Rule, Ashanti, DMX and more artists.
