Neelam Kothari recalls fighting with Ektaa Kapoor over husband Samir Soni’s intimate scenes, ‘How could you…?’
As actors, people have to do different kinds of roles. Sometimes, some characters are out of their comfort zone and not everyone is okay with it, especially their spouses. Actress Neelam Kothari recalls how she was miffed when her husband Samir Soni had to do intimate scenes with other actors for Ektaa Kapoor’s show. Neelam was so furious that she even fought with Kapoor over the same.
Neelam Kothari on fighting with Ekta Kapoor
Recently, in an interview, Neelam Kothari stated that she is quite possessive about her husband. When she got to do her husband Samir Soni’s intimate scenes on one of Ekta Kapoor’s shows, she didn’t know to what extent of the same. Neelam revealed that she didn’t speak to Ektaa and had a ‘rip-roaring fight.’
Further in this entertainment news, Neelam Kothari told Zoom, “I was like, ‘How could you make my husband do this?’ And she was like, ‘Didn’t your husband read the script before doing it?’ So there was this rift that happened.” Further, the Made in Heaven Season 2 actress cleared that things are not sour between her and Kapoor anymore. Kothari said that she has learnt her lesson that it is his profession and there are certain scenes an actor has to do, which are okay. The actress stated that after many fights with her best friend and husband, she has learnt her lesson.
Meanwhile, Neelam Kothari was last seen in Fabulous Lives Vs. Bollywood Wives. Along with Neelam, the Netflix reality series also stars Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Sajdeh, Shalini Passi, Riddhima Kapoor-Sahni, and Kalyani Saha Chawla.
