Salman Khan, Salim Khan’s effigies burnt by Bishnois as a reaction to comment on blackbuck case
These are very stressful days for Salman Khan and his family members. For quite some time, the superstar has been receiving threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang members. In April, some men shot gunfire outside Salman’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai and the Bishnoi gang took the responsibility. Now, things have only gotten more heated up.
As per the reports, the Bishnoi Community has burnt the effigies of Salman Khan and Salim Khan. They claimed to have reacted to Salim’s comment on the Blackbuck case, which they found hurtful. As reported by several entertainment news portals, in a statement, the Bishnoi community said, “We are Bishnois, we do not defame anyone just like that. When the case was registered 26 years ago, many dignitaries, including the then MLA of the Bishnoi community, were present. Salim Khan cannot mislead people by giving false statements. The entire community was hurt by Salim Khan’s statement. We will make all-out efforts to ensure justice was delivered in the Blackbuck case. We will also protest by taking to the streets.”
In the past, there were many politicians who wanted Salman Khan to apologise for the Blackbuck incident. To the unversed, during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain in Rajasthan, Salman, Saif, and Tabu allegedly hunted two blackbucks.
