The weddings in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have always been the best. Abhira and Armaan’s love story has also been loved by the audience. However, many fans have been feeling bad for Abhira as Akshara and Abhinav are no more. People wanted Abhira to have one of them but that could not happen. But yesterday, we saw Jay Soni visit the sets of the show. He is still loved as Abhinav in the show and fans were super happy to see him on the sets.
He posed for pictures with his on-screen daughter, Samridhii Shukla aka Abhira. He also met Sachin Tyagi, Niyati Joshi and Saee Barve. But his picture with Samridhii have gone viral and fans were happy that they met off-screen and at least they got a glimpse of the father-daughter together on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Samridhii talks about meeting Jay Soni
Jay visited the sets when Abhira and Armaan’s wedding was being shot. Their picture got all the love and Abhinav, Abhira were trending on social media yesterday. Now, Samridhii Shukla aka Abhira spoke to BollywoodLife and shared her experience meeting Jay Soni.
She said, “Jay Soni just happened to pass by. He had some Star Parivaar Awards shoot nearby and he thought that the set is close so he came to meet us. That was very sweet of him. He came right at the time when Abhira was going to her wedding mandap. So everyone was joking about it ‘kanyadaan ke liye sahi waqt par aa gaye’. But, he is a brilliant actor and even better human being. He is so humble and it was really nice to meet him. We have spoken before on calls. He had called me 2-3 times. He is so appreciative and he knows how to appreciate another actor. This takes a lot of humility. He appreciated me, motivated me and we have been in touch on and off. “
